Areas of support
Anxiety & Overwhelm
Support for persistent worry, overthinking, stress, burnout, and the feeling that your mind rarely gets a break.
Life Transitions & Relationships
Trauma-informed support for painful experiences, loss, grief, and patterns that continue to affect how you feel and move through life.
Trauma, Grief & Healing
A space to navigate change, relationship concerns, identity shifts, family dynamics, and seasons of uncertainty.
Our Philosophy
Meridian was created from the idea that sometimes healing is less about becoming someone new and more about finding your way back to yourself.
Therapy can be a space to slow down, make sense of what you’re carrying, recognize patterns that no longer serve you, and decide what you want moving forward. You don’t need to have all the answers before you begin. We can start where you are. Learn More

Meet Kelita, LCSW
A little about the person you’ll be talking to.
Hi, I’m Kelita, a licensed clinical social worker and the therapist behind Meridian Counseling. My approach is warm, collaborative, culturally responsive, and grounded in helping you better understand yourself, not telling you who you should be.
I believe therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of what you’re carrying, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that can get lost beneath stress, expectations, relationships, and life changes.
Ready when you are.
You don’t need to know exactly what to say or have everything figured out before reaching out. A consultation is simply a chance to connect, talk about what you’re looking for, and see whether Meridian feels like the right fit.
